The Hinged Spiral Nail Stop Collar comprises of two parts and hinged at two ends making an angle of 180 degree. This hinged Stop Collar has an internal groove and these are available in 4 1/2 " to 20 " sizes+ any sizes in which a spiral locking pin is inserted. This tightens the collar to the casing firmly.

Hinged Bolted Stop Collar -SC02

The Hinged Bolted Stop Collar is available in 4 1/2 " to 20 " sizes. It is a single piece collar and the set crews are provided on the outer circle of the periphery which is meant for installing and is directly installed on the pipe by slipping on the casing without any hassle. It is fabricated using ductile iron therefore it has a good impact and fatigue capability.

These kinds of collars are used in place where high axial loads are expected. This works well in the installation of different cement baskets and various types of centralizers. It also has a phosphate coating in order to prevent it from getting rust and then coated with special polyester powder.

Hinged Set Screw Stop Collar -SC03

They are made up of two pieces and hinged at the two ends making it 180 degree apart. The gripping force is applied by one of the row of SetScrew which tightens the collar to the casing firmly. They can be fastened on to the casing pipe and much easy to install.

They are most effective in conditions where there is low annual clearance. A special iron phosphate coating is applied on these collars to prevent it from getting rust.

It is used where high axial loads are expected, and is effective where low annular clearance is encountered. This Stop Collar is easy to install because it simply slides onto the casing. The Slip on Set Screw Stop Collar is a single piece collar and the gripping force is applied by one row of setscrew. It is used where high axial load tighten the collar to the casing tightly. They slid the casing pipe without any issue and it is quite easy to install.

These are most effective where low annual clearance is chanced upon. The stop collars come with a special Phosphate coating process that prevent it from getting rust and come in ranges starting from 4 1/2 " to 20 ".

Slip on Set Screw Ductile Iron Stop Collar -SC06

This has welded on one side and these premium quality bows have a high restoring force with uniform hardness all over. The slip on centralizers comes with a direct installation pipe meant for slipping on. It has a high tensile strength, absorption shock value and great impact value.

The welded centralizers can never be smooth due to single piece centralizer. The welding can be overlapped or little exposed. This allows friction to fluid while running in the hole but the single piece centralizer has a corner radius that allows the fluid to pass due to low friction. The centre allows special Iron Phosphate which prevents it from getting rust. It is available in all ranges starting from 4½" to 20".

Cable Wall Cleaner -SC07

The reciprocating cable wall is a slip-on cleaner with an internal locking device available in different sizes starting from 41/2” to 20”. The overlapping high-alloy cable is interlaced with a full 360 degrees around the band. The cable wall cleaner is locked into the casing and does not require the use of stop collars. There is also a continuous interlocking and overlapping loop made of tempered steel wire cable which is laced into the hinged collars.

The bold holds the wipers in place and eliminates the need for stop collars. The Cable Wall Cleaner comes with a solid band styles and with a hinged design to use it on casing and tubing. This also takes away excess wall cake to improve the cement formation bonding by producing a wiping action during running and reciprocation.

Wire Scratcher -SC08

This comprises of a hinged collar and wire bristles are attached to it. It uses the hinge pins to secure the collars around the casing. On the other hand, the wire bristles are hardened and tempered. The bonding of the cement between the porous formation and the casing is improved with the use of wire scratcher.
